AAA Learning Institute LLC
Last updated: October 7, 2026
AAA Learning Institute LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://www.aaalearninginstitute.com and offers Oregon psilocybin facilitator training and continuing education. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information our forms collect, how we use it, how SMS consent is collected, our cookie and tracking practices, our data security practices, and how you can access, correct, or delete your information or unsubscribe from messages.
1. Information our forms collect
Our website uses an embedded third-party application form (the “Application Request” form) for program admissions. When you complete that form, the information you enter is submitted to and stored by our form provider, LeadConnector, and shared with us for review. The form may request:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number (for optional SMS, when you separately consent)
- Program and cohort preferences
- Educational and professional background relevant to admissions
- Any other fields you choose to complete on the form
We also collect information you provide through other channels, such as email to our admissions office, scheduled admissions calls, and the external Readiness Quiz and Masterclass, which are hosted by third parties and governed by their own policies.
Information we do not collect through forms: We do not collect or store payment card details on this website. Tuition financing is handled through third-party providers (Klarna and Afterpay) and any payment pages they operate under their own terms.
2. How we use your information
We use the information collected through our forms and other channels to:
- Process and respond to application requests and admissions inquiries
- Manage admissions, enrollment, and student communications
- Send application confirmations, interview reminders, and enrollment updates
- Send payment reminders related to your enrollment
- Send upcoming cohort announcements and tuition offers only to users who have separately consented to promotional messages (see Section 3)
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions
- Maintain records of your communication preferences and consent
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed school
We do not use the information you submit for application requests to send promotional marketing unless you have separately and expressly consented to receive it.
3. How SMS consent is collected
SMS consent is collected through separate, optional, unchecked consent boxes on our forms. There are two distinct consent options:
- Informational text messages: an optional, unchecked box that, when you select it, authorizes us to send application confirmations, interview reminders, enrollment updates, and payment reminders.
- Promotional text messages: a separate, optional, unchecked box that, when you select it, authorizes us to send upcoming cohort announcements and tuition offers. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase or of applying to the program.
Both boxes are unchecked by default. You are never required to consent to text messages to submit an application or to enroll. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message (see Section 7).
We maintain a record of your opt-in selections. Because the form is hosted by a third-party provider, the consent record and timestamp are stored by that provider and made available to us.
4. Sharing of mobile information and SMS opt-in data
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. In addition, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing.
We may share your information with service providers that help us operate (for example, the form provider that hosts our application form and the messaging provider that delivers texts you have consented to receive), but only to the extent necessary to provide those services, and not for the service provider’s or any third party’s marketing.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
This website uses the following analytics and tracking tools, configured as described below:
- Google Analytics 4 (property G-NCV3F6YS6W): collects aggregated, anonymized data about website usage, such as page views and approximate location, to help us understand and improve the site.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel (pixel ID 4560569417533747): is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may use this data according to its own terms and privacy policy.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies. The embedded application form may also set its own cookies as part of its normal operation and, when enabled, its cookie-consent feature.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the site.
6. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you submit. Information you enter into the application form is transmitted over HTTPS and is stored by our form provider, LeadConnector, under its security practices.
We limit access to the information we receive to authorized staff who need it to review applications and communicate with applicants and students.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information.
7. Your rights, access, corrections, deletion, and unsubscribing
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations
- Withdraw consent for future communications at any time
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in our emails

8. Third-party links and services
Our website links to third-party tools and services, including the Readiness Quiz, the Masterclass, LeadConnector for scheduling, Klarna and Afterpay for financing, and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by AAA Learning Institute through our website and forms.
The embedded application form is operated by a third-party provider, and the information you submit through it is also subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults. Our SMS program is for users aged 18 and older. This does not change any separate program admission requirements, which are described on our program pages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us at jen@aaalearninginstitute.com.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
