Standard Program – 11 weeks & 162 Total Hours

This program includes self-paced coursework, live sessions 6p-8p PST Monday Wednesday Friday & recorded if you miss one, and in-person practicum at a licensed service center.

  • Orientation – 2 hours (Live Online)
    Get set up for success in our learning system and meet your cohort.
  • OPF101 – History & Foundations – 12 hours
    Explore historical, cultural, and modern uses of healing practices and their legal and social context. (6 SP / 6 Live)
  • OPF102 – Pharmacology & Neuroscience – 4 hours
    Learn how active compounds interact with the brain and body. (2 SP / 2 Live)
  • OPF103 – Core Facilitation Skills – 16 hours
    Learn preparation, presence, response to distress, and professional boundaries. (8 SP / 8 Live)
  • OPF104 – Group Facilitation – 16 hours
    Understand group dynamics and how to co-create safety in shared settings. (8 SP / 8 Live)
  • OPF105 – Cultural Equity & Health Justice – 12 hours
    Build awareness of equity, inclusion, and social location in healing work. (6 SP / 6 Live)
  • OPF106 – Safety, Ethics & Responsibilities – 12 hours
    Study Oregon law, ethical boundaries, and facilitator responsibilities. (6 SP / 6 Live)
  • OPF107 – Preparation & Orientation – 16 hours
    Develop intake, screening, and preparation practices with clients. (8 SP / 8 Live)
  • OPF108 – Administration Sessions – 20 hours
    Learn session structure, risk management, and therapeutic presence. (10 SP / 10 Live)
  • OPF109 – Integration – 12 hours
    Support clients in making meaning and applying insights after sessions. (6 SP / 6 Live)
  • OPF110 – In-Person Practicum – 40 hours
    Supervised role-play and facilitation at licensed service center in Eugene, OR.

Accelerated Program – 6 Weeks & 114 Total Hours

Designed for experienced learners those with qualifying prior credit. Covers core curriculum starting at OPF105. Includes in-person practicum.

  • OPF105 – Cultural Equity & Health Justice – 12 hours
    Social location, power dynamics, and equity frameworks. (6 SP / 6 Live)
  • OPF106 – Safety, Ethics & Responsibilities – 12 hours
    Boundaries, legal frameworks, and ethical practice. (6 SP / 6 Live)
  • OPF107 – Preparation & Orientation – 16 hours
    Client readiness and intake planning. (8 SP / 8 Live)
  • OPF108 – Administration Sessions – 20 hours
    Real-time session structure and ethical presence. (10 SP / 10 Live)
  • OPF109 – Integration – 12 hours
    Post-session support and integration tools. (6 SP / 6 Live)
  • OPF110 – In-Person Practicum – 40 hours
    Hands-on experience with observation and guided facilitation.

Distance Program – 10 weeks of course work, then 1 week of future practicum

All learning delivered online. OPF110 (Practicum) is completed in a future cohort.

  • Orientation – 2 hours (Live Online)
    Start strong with an intro to your platform and cohort.
  • OPF101 to OPF109 – Full Online Curriculum
    Same as Standard, totaling 122 hours of live + self-paced coursework (+40 hour practicum scheduled in future cohort & paid for seperately when scheduled).
