Open Guidance ↗Renewing a Facilitator License
OPS facilitator licenses have a one-year term. The TLC renewal window opens 120 days before expiration, and OPS advises submitting a complete renewal application at least 60 days before the license expires.
Continuing Facilitator Education
Beginning January 1, 2026, licensed facilitators must report at least four qualifying continuing education hours completed during the annual license period preceding renewal.
