Practicum Fee and Payment

The Fall 2026 practicum fee is $1,750. This fee is determined by and paid directly to Immersive Therapies.

The practicum fee is separate from tuition paid to AAA Learning Institute. AAA Learning Institute does not collect or process practicum payments on behalf of Immersive Therapies.

Immersive Therapies will communicate its registration process, payment schedule, screening or participation requirements, cancellation terms, and refund policies directly to students.

Need to Complete Practicum Later?

Students who cannot attend the November 30–December 3, 2026 practicum because of travel, scheduling, or budgeting considerations may complete the required practicum with a later AAA Learning Institute cohort.

Future practicum dates, locations, space availability, service-center requirements, and pricing may differ and are not guaranteed until a later practicum opportunity is formally announced.

Program Completion Requirement

The practicum is a required component of AAA Learning Institute’s approved Oregon psilocybin facilitator training program for students pursuing full program completion.

Completing the instructional coursework does not eliminate the practicum requirement. AAA Learning Institute must verify successful completion of all required coursework and practicum components before issuing final program-completion documentation.

Practicum participation must occur through an AAA Learning Institute-approved practicum arrangement. Students should not independently substitute another service-center training or certificate without prior written approval from AAA Learning Institute.

Student Responsibilities

• Complete all required AAA Learning Institute coursework and academic requirements.
• Register with and pay Immersive Therapies directly for the practicum.
• Follow all practicum-site screening, attendance, conduct, safety, and participation requirements.
• Arrange and pay for travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and other personal expenses.
• Complete all required AAA Learning Institute practicum assignments, evaluations, and documentation.

Space may be limited. Students should complete practicum registration by the deadlines communicated by AAA Learning Institute and Immersive Therapies.

Important Fee Distinction

AAA Learning Institute tuition covers the instructional program provided by AAA Learning Institute. The separate $1,750 practicum fee is paid directly to Immersive Therapies for the Fall 2026 practicum opportunity.
