Practicum fees are not included in AAA Learning Institute tuition unless expressly stated in writing. Publicly posted Oregon practicum prices commonly range from approximately $2,000 to $2,500 or more, 40 hours typically completed in 4 days, depending on the practicum site. Final pricing, deposits, cancellation policies, scheduling, travel, lodging, and site-specific requirements are set by the licensed service center and paid directly by the student to the practicum site.
Summer 2026 Access Tuition: $999
AAA Learning Institute’s approved tuition is $3,995. For the Summer 2026 Cohort, tuition is temporarily reduced to $999 for eligible students who complete admissions and enrollment during the designated Summer Cohort enrollment period.
This temporary tuition reduction is intended to support accessibility and reduce financial barriers for students entering Oregon’s emerging psilocybin services field. Mental Health America ranks Oregon 51st in the nation for prevalence of mental health and substance use issues, and AAA Learning Institute believes accessible, compliant facilitator education can help support Oregon’s future behavioral health workforce.
This discounted tuition is limited to the Summer 2026 Cohort and may not be available for future cohorts.

Students who need payment flexibility may request a payment plan for the $999 Summer 2026 Access Tuition. The payment plan applies only to tuition paid to AAA Learning Institute and does not include practicum site fees, OHA fees, travel, lodging, or other outside costs.

What Tuition Covers
Tuition paid to AAA Learning Institute covers the coursework portion of the Oregon psilocybin facilitator training program.

Format
11 weeks: 62 hrs Live online instruction (Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday 6pm – 8pm PST), 60 hr independent online coursework, assignments, and practicum planning.
Completion
Students must complete required coursework and submit applicable practicum documentation if pursuing Oregon licensure.
